What's the benefit of subscribing?
Urbanite Theatre sells out virtually every performance, subscribing is the only way to guarantee your seat. Plus, you'll save $10-14 per subscription in ticketing and convenience fees. Pay once, exchange at any time, and put your mind at ease. As a bonus, subscribers are the first to hear about season announcements, ticketing to special events and readings.
What does under 40 mean?
We've adopted a popular pricing strategy used in Broadway, Off-Broadway, London and other major cities, which offers a small discount to patrons under 40 years old. We're passionate about raising the next generation of theatergoers, and we're so proud that our community helps us make that possible by keeping prices affordable and accessible for all.
Do you select dates for me?
No, you'll select all your performance dates when you purchase your subscription. All performance dates, unless already sold out, are available to subscribers.
Can we exchange for another date later?
Yes! Subscribers enjoy free exchanges, pending availability, as long as they are made at least 48 hours before their originally scheduled performance. For ticket exchanges only, you can call us at 1-866-811-4111 and press 2, or send us an email to info@urbanitetheatre.com with the name the tickets are under, the date of the originally scheduled performance, and the date you wish to change to.
